Transformative tools for unboxing knowledge– Presented by Olga Mink, Baltan Laboratories, at the Creative Ring Sum-It, on October 23, at Designhuis in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
Baltan initiates experimentation on the crossroads of art, design, science and technology, evoking inquisitive ideas by bridging disciplines. In the past 10 years, Baltan brought together (un)related fields to create a larger body of knowledge. During this presentation, we will show few examples of practical tools to open up knowledge and foster cross-disciplinary understanding and collaboration.

The way we embrace and think about technological developments and implement them

That artists and other creatives can have a great role in developing new perspectives for todays society.
About Olga Mink
Olga Mink is director of Baltan Laboratories in Eindhoven, which initiates, mediates and shares innovative research and development at the intersection of art, design and technological culture. She holds a MFA from the Sandberg Institute. Previous work experience ranges from curating and consulting, education in media art.
